Melissa had created a relationship with my mother and her business card was on Mom's refrigerator door. When it came time to sell Mom's house, selecting Melissa was an easy decision. Melissa was very familiar with the Staffordshire community, the HOA and all their rules/requirements/etc. This local knowledge really helped her market the home effectively and negotiate on our behalf with the buyer.
