When we heard that Melissa worked with seniors and that she had sold at Staffordshire, we were very interested in meeting her. We were not disappointed!! She responded immediately and showed us a number of housing options that appealed to us. This is a rough time for anyone to buy, Melissa was patient, never pushy and always was looking out for our needs and wants. She is honest and not afraid to point out flaws in houses, for instance: dry rot, a poor roof, bad rain gutters, etc. Melissa assisted us in our hunt which took just over 6 months!
