Mervin is top-notch! He put our house on the market on a Thursday, and by the next day we had an offer. By the time he held the open house on Sunday, we had 4 offers over the asking price. We left town the day the house was placed on the market, and by the time we returned (a week later) the inspection was done. We ended up selling the property at around $10,000 over the asking price.
