Mike was awesome throughout the entire process. Made things very easy on us from the beginning to the end. Would love to work with Mike a second time if we decide to move again!

Mike is without a doubt the best broker in Bexley

Really appreciate Mike's time and effort. He has done an outstanding job. Very professional and prompt. Great and easy to work with. Lead us down the correct path in the consideration of and the negotiation of the purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and respectful.

Mike was not originally our agent. After not receiving the attention and correct opportunities through our previous agent we switched to Mike. It was the best decision we made throughout the entire process. Not only did his knowledge far surpass anyone else’s we spoke with but his service was professional and thorough. In addition he was patient and understanding with us throughout the process. This was a large move for us and we always felt like Mike had our best interest at heart.

I have no doubt that I made the right decision choosing Mike Carruthers to list our house and to assist us in finding a new location. I had expected excellent service and was not disappointed. He was available any time I would call and helped us make some very important decisions. I would certainly recommend him to others.
