Mike is the most knowledgeable Real Estate Broker I have ever worked with.

Super smooth sailing Got the job done in days whereas the previous agent was not successful

Mike Carruthers is amazing and is very knowledgeable about the housing market. He kept me informed ever step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling their property.

Mike Carruthers was simply outstanding in every respect! Smoothest real estate transaction that we have been part of! His entire organization was superb! I would be delighted to work with Mike Carruthers again because I could go in knowing that there would be a positive result! Outstanding job and first class result! Thank you Mike!!

Mike was excellent in all phases of our sale. Would definitely use him again.

We worked with Mike on the purchase of our house and appreciated his knowledge and candor. He is the only agent we would consider or the sale of our house!
