I have been a Real Estate professional here in the South Bay for 26 years and in that time I've sold or represented a buyer on over 450 homes. I am experienced in residential sales, foreclosures, short sales, trust sales, residential income, probate sales, relocation and commercial transactions. The focus of my business is making the sometimes tricky process of selling or buying a home as easy for my client as possible. I try to minimize the time spent worrying about the details and let my clients actually enjoy buying or selling Real Estate. Mitch was wonderful to work with. He listened to us and exceeded our expections. His 20 year knowledge of the area was crucial and he did not miss any detail. He checked in regularly throughout the purchasing process and he walked us through step by step as this was our first home purchase. His attention to detail was spectacular and shared his knowledge and expertise to help us understand every pro and con of the houses we looked at. In addition, even when we were hesitant, he never pushed us to make an offer or do anything we were questioning. He supported his knowledge with data and comps for all homes we were interested in. I would 10/10 recommend Mitch and share his information with anyone that is starting the home buying process in the south bay.
