He checked in regularly throughout the purchasing process and he walked us through step by step as this was our first home purchase. His attention to detail was spectacular and shared his knowledge and expertise to help us understand every pro and con of the houses we looked at. In addition, even when we were hesitant, he never pushed us to make an offer or do anything we were questioning. He supported his knowledge with data and comps for all homes we were interested in. Mitch Graves is the hardest working realtor I have ever seen in my life! We have bought and sold three properties together. He goes above and beyond what a realtor does. I was out of town and he went and sat at my house and had Home Depot and Lowes come in and measure for new carpeting. He helped me pick out the carpeting and get everything done while I was gone. He helped me get the painters paid. He came out and checked their work and gave them the check. He took care of so many details that were my responsibility, but I was gone on a trip. I never dreamed how fast my house would sell. This is a buyers market and my house was only on the market for three days. I did exactly what he told me to do to get the house ready to sell and it sold!Mitch does an outstanding job of negotiating and closing the sale. Renting out the family home was a very delicate situation because our dad did not want to leave the home he purchased when he first had enough money to buy a property. It was his first home purchase and he's lived there his entire life. Mitch understood our family concerns and definitely sympathized with our dad's health issues which forced him to move in with us. Mitch gave us good recommendations to bring the house up to modern, renting standards and navigated us through the process. The home is now rented, Dad is doing better and we are grateful to Mitch.
