My property was a condo in a building that had two lawsuits against it and a fire. It took over a year to sell the property. Mitch was so well informed on the lawsuits, the insurance companies , and the HOA, it was the only reason the property sold. I don't know if anyone else could have sold this property. It was brand new and a great location, but the lawsuits were a problem. He very patiently and professionally handled every aspect of the sale. I find his guidance in real estate is excellent. I am using him as the realtor on my new property that I am purchasing, and I will use him in the future. His real estate knowledge is outstanding.
