Monica Bauer is an excellent person to work with and very personable.

She listened to our needs and wants! She was a great communicator and helped us set realistic expectations. She walked us through several odd situations that arose when we searched for a home. She was not pushy and very approachable.

My sister-in-law recommend Monica, when I called Monica, I told her my situation with my condo in AZ and explained what I was looking for here in Eau Claire. Monica helped me every step of the way by explaining anything that I didn't understand and she sent an email with names of lender.. She showed me homes all around the area. Then she sent me a listing one morning, that checked all my boxes, she showed it to me at 6pm that day, she wrote up an offer on it all before 10pm that same day. Offer was accepted and she sent me a check list of things to do, people to contact. I sold my condo in AZ two weeks before closing on my new home here in WI. Monica is a great person to work with and she found me my forever home here in WI. I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone who will go above and beyond for you. You will never see her without a smile, which says a lot about someone to me. She's courteous, respectful, reliable and a person you can trust in finding you your dream home.

Monica has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped us buy our home 2 years ago and we had such an incredible experience that when it was time to sell, we didn't hesitate to reach out to her. She has been more than attentive to our needs, and has been with us every step of the way! She answered all our questions in a timely manner and made the whole experience seamless without skipping a beat. We will 100% be reaching out to Monica when we are ready to sell our home again!

My sister and I looked at 3 realtors. The first was very likable, but a little laid back. The second was likable as well, but definitely an 'A' type personality. For me, Monica was perfect. Confident and encouraging and very personable. She felt like a friend from the start, and I enjoyed having her for our realtor very much. Monica did a great job explaining the process. The whole process went smoothly without any issues.

Monica's service was more than an agent. She was timely with her paperwork and responded to our questions in a timely manner. When she noticed we were feeling defeated at times, she provided positive perspectives and went out of her way to provide us with unexpected services. She was honest and gentle with her recommendations. We were more than pleased with Monica's service.

This was a required field... Monica Bauer is a wonderful realtor whom I have recommended to my friends Has great availability and is a fantastic "go-getter"

Monica Bauer has been an invaluable support for us in getting our house sold. Monica's enthusiasm and knowledge has played a big part in the sale of the house. We really feel that Monica's support was above and beyond what we would ever have expected from our broker! We strongly recommend Monica to anyone who is selling a house in the Eau Claire area.

Most importantly we wanted to work with someone we were comfortable with and confident in. Monica not only met but surpassed those needs. We could not have had a better agent than Monica. We have worked with other agents in the past and Monica is definitely the best! We truly had a very smooth, pleasant experience. Monica is not only very knowledgeable but she truly cares about you and your home selling process. We would highly recommend Monica!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in selling our home than the experience we had with Monica. Her dedication and communication is top notch. Every situation she handled with understanding and patience. We are very excited to have Monica help us find our new home!
