Monica was able to deliver on almost all our expectations. On the ones that weren't attainable, she was able to provide additional information, explain, and educate us on why they weren't going to be met. I.e. price. She kept our "needs" a priority and communicated with the buyer so that the sale was completed in accordance with the timeline we had set.
