Patrick O'Hare

I had been trying to sell my house for months without any luck before someone suggested Patrick to me. Patrick and his team came in and made sure I understood everything, every step of the way. He broke it down so I didn't need to have real estate knowledge to make the decisions. My property was unique but they were determined to help. He went above and beyond, had numerous open house showings and was always there to answer even the smallest/dumbest of questions. I have and will recommend Patrick to everyone looking for an awesome realtor. It has been an honor and pleasure working with him. Too bad he isn't licensed across the country...he would definitely help me with my next forever home!

My husband and I cannot recommend Patrick enough. He was kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire home-buying process. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated how clearly he explained every step and walked us through all of the documents along the way. Although we worked mostly with Patrick, his partner Tina was also wonderful. Together, they worked like a well-oiled machine, which made the entire experience feel smooth and seamless. Communication was always prompt, and we felt supported every step of the way. We’ll be moving into our home very soon, and we are so grateful for all of their hard work, professionalism, and dedication in helping make this possible. If you are looking for realtors with experience, understanding, and the ability to get things done, look no further.

Known Patrick O'Hare over the past 15 years. He helped me acquiring some of my investment properites then. He is very earnest, trustworthy and understands the local market. He also helped us upgrade the property before listing. Would love to work with him again.
