I had been trying to sell my house for months without any luck before someone suggested Patrick to me. Patrick and his team came in and made sure I understood everything, every step of the way. He broke it down so I didn't need to have real estate knowledge to make the decisions. My property was unique but they were determined to help. He went above and beyond, had numerous open house showings and was always there to answer even the smallest/dumbest of questions. I have and will recommend Patrick to everyone looking for an awesome realtor. It has been an honor and pleasure working with him. Too bad he isn't licensed across the country...he would definitely help me with my next forever home!

My husband and I cannot recommend Patrick enough. He was kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire home-buying process. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated how clearly he explained every step and walked us through all of the documents along the way. Although we worked mostly with Patrick, his partner Tina was also wonderful. Together, they worked like a well-oiled machine, which made the entire experience feel smooth and seamless. Communication was always prompt, and we felt supported every step of the way. We’ll be moving into our home very soon, and we are so grateful for all of their hard work, professionalism, and dedication in helping make this possible. If you are looking for realtors with experience, understanding, and the ability to get things done, look no further.

Known Patrick O'Hare over the past 15 years. He helped me acquiring some of my investment properites then. He is very earnest, trustworthy and understands the local market. He also helped us upgrade the property before listing. Would love to work with him again.

Patrick was wonderful to work with. He was realistic and made things happen for us. He was always accessible and patient. Highly recommend him.

I have known Patrick O'Hare and Tina Deller for a long time and I will only ever use them when buying or selling property. As a family, we have used them many times in the past with our real estate needs so when I inherited a property it was no question that I was going to use them again. We has several unfortunate circumstances (at no fault to Patrick and Tina) that kept delaying escrow but their professionalism never waivered and they always kept my best interest at heart. Their kindness and patience meant a lot and after 6 difficult months, we finally closed escrow! They never gave up! I owe them a debt of gratitute for their time and expertise.

Patrick O'Hare has been very patient with my search for a home. He has always been there to answer questions and to help with problem solving especially. His advice has been measured and honest. His is a calm, happy, and soothing presence - very welcome to smooth over the rough spots in the process of buying and even after purchase.

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable, polite, responsive, and a true professional. He knows the greater Sacramento area as well as any real estate agent around. He works diligently to ensure that he understands you and your family's unique needs and goals, and will tailor his service and efforts toward meeting the goals and exceeding expectations. His longtime partner Tina also adds unique and valuable perspectives toward home marketing ideas and acts as another strong resource so you have two friendly and capable people always at your side. I've used Pat for both buying and selling a home and at very different states of the market. Pat expertly provided the guidance and persistence necessary to ensure that my family and I were satisfied with both outcomes. Both times I had strict and challenging timelines and were part of major relocations. I couldn't be happier with the results. Pat is truly a pleasure to work with. I would choose him and Tina over anyone in the region. Great people

Patrick's experience and knowledge made my buying experience very easy and wanderfull The way he handle all aspects of the transaction, made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Patrick Ohare to any member of my family and friends.

Working with Patrick O'Hare along with Tina Deller from CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate, Inc. was an incredible experience. As a foreign national living overseas and the trustee of an inherited property, my situation was complex. However, Tina and Patrick's expertise and dedication made everything seamless. They navigated the legal and logistical challenges with ease, ensuring all the required processes were completed efficiently. Despite the complexities, Tina and Patrick’s local knowledge and strategic marketing plan allowed us to sell the house in less than two weeks. Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail turned a potentially stressful process into a successful and smooth transaction. I highly recommend Patrick along with Tina to anyone in need of a reliable and experienced real estate agent.

Patrick OHare was recommended through five other successful transactions with our family and friends. The sale of our home was not without challenges, but Patrick was knowledgeable, explained everything so we could understand and make good decisions. He never missed a beat."
