Penny Belgarde is the most professional agent we have ever worked with! She educated us on how to market our small farm and she went above and beyond to get it sold in 4 days! We encountered several unforseen obstacles before we could close, but Penny never gave up! She made countless calls and emails which got us to closing only a few days past our original date! Todd and I could not be more pleased with how she handled the entire transaction! There is a reason Penny Belgarde has won so many awards! Perfection is near impossible to reach, but Penny isn't too far from it! We appreciated everything she did for us! Keep doing what you are doing Penny - IT WORKS!!!

Penny was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped get the house ready for the sale and making suggestions for people to call for fixing things that needed attention was very helpful. Penny was easy to work with and I learned a few new things about selling a property. Penny is a very nice lady, she is very much a people person as she is kind and knows her job very well.
