Penny wrote a phenomenal marketing paragraph for my property. The sale happened while she was in CA at a workshop and I was vacationing in Mexico. She was prompt in all our texts and phone calls with one another. Penny understood my anxiety. She was calm and talked to me about getting the best price for my property. She was always ALWAYS willing to talk to me, and never once did I feel rushed or pushed aside. I will recommend her to anyone selling their house in our area. She was acceptional in selling in this small town (population under 1000).

Penny listened and understood of our needs and wants. She took her time to drive 90 miles to show houses and sometimes we said no to those houses. She was patient and understanding on our first home buying process. She was helpfull on all questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she will investigate for us.
