His daughter Taylor Berry was amazing just like her father and I will always use them as Realtors and refer them to everyone I see that needs one! He made it as smooth as it could be and handled every bump we had along the way. He always kept me updated and went the extra mile in making us feel comfortable and taken care of through the whole process. My experience buying a new home was wonderful due to Richard Berry and his work ethic and negotiating powers. I got my dream house and Richard even negotiated some upgrades and addition items added into the house. He was knowledgeable about the area and recent sales trends, he knew contact people to get my loan processed, and he was really easy to contact when I had a question. I am definitely going to pass on his name to friends when they go out search for a new house.
