Ours was an incredibly complicated case, and we weren't very familiar with the greater Portland area. Hearing Rick's cheery, upbeat voice always lifted our spirits when things seemed in doubt or in danger of unraveling. If we didn't move out of the country this time, we would have continued to use them for any real estate needs moving forward and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I gave Jimmy a very challenging, unconventional sale with a time limit out of our control to assist with due to the details of the property (too many to list). Jimmy took it on like a champ, guided me through the selling process with my many questions, always had a positive attitude, wrote up a description for Zillow that was as perfect as could be (that's according to my sister who first saw it online) and although we didn't end up where I hoped we would, I firmly believe Jimmy could not have done any better. Rick provided a very detail market analysis and we aligned on the pricing strategy. Unfortunately the market turned as we put our home on the market.
