Jimmy helped sell my sister's house that was in a trust after she passed away suddenly. Since I lived at the opposite end of the country, I needed someone locally who could help with many tasks that had to be done to get the home ready to sell and to list and close on the house. Jimmy and his staff were wonderful to work with. They were able to provide me with companies to empty the home of its content, clean the home, paint the home, and do some minor landscape to help with curb appeal as well as companies to do some minor repairs. All the companies that provided these services were reasonable, relaible, and did quality work in a timely fashion. Once there was an offer on the home- which was quick- Jimmy helped work out the sale details to the satisfaction of both the buyer and me, the seller.
