Robin was very professional and excellent in reference to responding to questions and concerns and providing information. She is also very knowledgeable with this area. There was never any pressure to view or make an offer on property. She was always more concerned that I was comfortable with my decision prior to place a purchase offer. She never failed to answer her phone or promptly return a call. She replied to emails and text messages on weekends and all hours of the day. She even continued this practice while downstate for her son's wedding providing the necessary documentation to postpone the closing for a few days due to a permit transfer delay.
