I can't say enough on how outstanding this realtor. His advice, insight, and overall knowledge was spot on. I couldn't be happier with his recommendations, service and integrity. If you use any other realtor, you're wasting your money and time.

Scott Jauregui was very responsive to our unique needs in a rather unusual situation. Scott did his homework prior to our first meeting, set expectations about price with his research of area properties, and had answers at hand for all of our concerns.

Scott is awesome and great realtor. 2 big thumbs up. Thanks Scott

I have trusted Scott Jauregui to list two homes for me, both presented unique challenges. Scott is knowlegeable, experienced, and knows how to overcome any barrier/obstacle when it comes to selling a home. He does not hesitate and always finds a solution. I highly recommend Scott to anyone thinking of listing a property, as he will get it done. He provides great guidance to prepare the listing and executing until the contract is finalized. He also has the upmost integrity and ethics when conducting business. He earned my respect and my business. So thankful for his hard work and the outcomes of both of my sells.

This is the third house Scott has sold for me and each time his extra efforts netted me more than I expected. His great marketing sense makes his TEAM very successful in many markets consistantly and he demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism in an extreemly competative environment. Scott knows the contemporary market place..."take his advice".

Scott was very professional and did an outstanding job helping us sell our house. Highly recommended!

By far the best selling experience we've ever had from intro through closing.

Scott always goes above and beyond. He has a firm grasp of the realestate market and was able to sell my house very quickly for the full asking price. I would wholeheartedly recommend Scott to anyone looking to sell in any of the markets he covers. Scott will get the job done!

We received a much higher offer than expected when selling my Mother's home because of Scott's aggressive selling. Scott had everything done paper wise at the office, so that all I needed to do was go in and sign. They took care of my being the POA and gave clear guidance to getting to that point for me. Scoot's office has also kept in touch with me years later, which you would not think was good BUT I remember the good service and appreciate not having to try to remember his name when it comes to me selling my property. Would highly recommend.

We recommend Scott Jauregui 100%. Great to work with, always follows up, always responds quicky. If we would purchase or sell again, we would definitely work with him.
