Shannon Zierau

Our home selling and buying process was made an absolutlely delightful experience because we had Shannon Zierau as our agent! The current market had us a tad nervous as our new home was well under construction when we listed the home we sold. Shannon reassured us she had us taken care of and sure enough she did! She had a thoughtful approach to marketing our home which involved multiple planned open houses to accommodate our busy schedule, and showing our listed home by appointment only. This worked beatifully for us as we have an infant, 4 dogs, 1 cat, and my mother in law living in our home while it was on the market! Shannon was incredibly attentive to our unique needs and was always willing to do whatever it took to help us out with open houses. Our home sold in a very short 31 days! We coulnd't have been more impressed with Shannon Zierau's professionalism, attention to our needs, responsiveness, attention to detail, and care for our family!

Shannon was willing to go above and beyond always. She would offer to check and recheck details of the property at a moments notice. I so appreciated her can do attitude and positive replies to my often demanding requests. As we were selling one property and buying another at the same time, whilst coordinating moving days and closing times all from a long distance location, this was not easy. Shannon made the process doable and constantly communicated in real time what needed to be done. She was cheerful, realistic and unfailingly energetic. Shannon made this transaction happen and we are so appreciative!
