Shannon was willing to go above and beyond always. She would offer to check and recheck details of the property at a moments notice. I so appreciated her can do attitude and positive replies to my often demanding requests. As we were selling one property and buying another at the same time, whilst coordinating moving days and closing times all from a long distance location, this was not easy. Shannon made the process doable and constantly communicated in real time what needed to be done. She was cheerful, realistic and unfailingly energetic. I am a first time home-buyer and I was very nervous about the whole process of buying my first home. I also wanted to use some down payment assistance programs, and coordinating all of that was overwhelming. Shannon was awesome. She found many homes in my price range and desired areas over several months - we looked at a lot of homes! She also recommended a second down payment assistance program which ultimately saved me $30K! For this program, the city had to send an inspector to the property I wanted to purchase. They required that we install locks on the bedroom door. I was very stressed about this, because I couldn't take time off of work, but Shannon took care of it all - she went above and beyond to make sure the property would pass the city inspection and I could move in ASAP. I was so impressed!
