Shawn Battle

I am extremely thankful that I hired Shawn Battle as my real estate agent to sell my condo. He knows the Ballston real estate market. Shawn’s extensive knowledge was crucial, especially when mortgage interest rates began to increase. Along with extensively marketing my condo and having several open houses, he also shot a very creative video showcasing my condo’s distinctive qualities. Within 31 days, I accepted an offer! Throughout the entire process, Shawn was extremely professional, responsive to my questions and kept me informed. Prior to closing on my condo, I also needed Shawn’s help with finding a place to rent in the Ballston/Virginia Square area. This was a challenge as the rental market was very tight with occupancy rates at an all-time high of almost 100%. Had it not been for Shawn and his team, I would not have found a condo to rent. I want to thank Shaw and his team for their hard work and dedication to selling my condo and for their assistance with helping me find a condo to rent in the Ballston/Virginia Square area.

This listing was incredibly challenging. It was already listed by another agent who did not do a good job marketing it or managing it. It was also a prior rental so there were surprises. Many people could not take on a listing like this and make it work but Shawn did. He advised me about every step, didn't sugarcoat the reality of the challenging situation and saw the sale through in a challenging market. The price of the house and the commission check likely don't capture all that Shawn did with this listing. He truly went above and beyond, and I could not be happier.

Shawn is smart, savvy, and attentive. He's a great broker and he and his team have helped us buy and sell multiple units over the last couple years. We refer him to everyone. We're always going to be Team Battle!
