This listing was incredibly challenging. It was already listed by another agent who did not do a good job marketing it or managing it. It was also a prior rental so there were surprises. Many people could not take on a listing like this and make it work but Shawn did. He advised me about every step, didn't sugarcoat the reality of the challenging situation and saw the sale through in a challenging market.
