He was very informed about properties in our area (Courthouse/Arlington) and his website was fantastic. He spent a long time talking to us about what we wanted in a condo and since we wanted to stay in the same neighborhood we quickly put our place up for sale and signed a contract on a slightly larger on. It turns out that our new condo is in the same building but six floors up. Shawn showed us what was available in the area in a very organized and timely manner. He is easy to work with, works quickly, and has a lot of experience. All of these qualities made things go as smoothly as selling and buying a home can be.
