Shawn Battle's tremendous communication ability set the stage for the successful sale of our house. The prologue was polishing the renovation that we just had completed by enhancing lighting, upgrading door knobs, painting of a basement & front door as well as staging the house. Act one was the amazing photographs, 3-D video, flyers and blast emails to wide area to generate a buzz. The second act was a tasteful short film and open houses that brought our house alive to buyers. In a dramatic work, the epilogue is often a speech but here it was Shawn reviewing the multiple offers and ensuring we understood each offer and weighing the strengths and weaknesses of each. Shawn was very professional and I felt very comfortable with his sales pitch! Shawn did a great job and I loved his video! Shawn helped me sell my condo in the Ballston area. He has good knowledge of the local neighborhood and he has this awesome website, Orange Line Condo. He provided great insights and planning in terms of the selling strategy (pricing, staging, etc.). He recommended me use staging which, in my opinion, made my unit stand out among other places available for sell. Shawn also did an Youtube video ad for my unit (which I think is fun).
