For the buying transaction, Shawn was knowledgeable and patient to answer any questions along the process. He was very responsive and always understood our family's concerns and provided his best opinions. He always showed up on time for meetings with the seller, home inspections and walkthrough, even the time and location may not be convenient for him. Lastly, have been working with other agents before, I can tell that Shawn is an energetic and motivated realtor who cares about his clients.

Shawn is awesome. During the home search he was very organized and thorough. When we finally found the right home, he gave crucial advice that helped us land the contract on my dream home quickly. Our selling experience with Shawn Battle was awesome in every aspect. Shawn helped us sell our condo previously and offered great advice in helping it sell after it was on the market for awhile. The meetings were professional and Shawn was extremely responsive when we had questions. We were selling the property from half way across the country and Shawn set up everything for us to optimize the sale of the property. This included painting, cleaning, and staging. He also personally did yard work for the property to make it look nice. We could not be happier with the results.
