Shellin Duke is the Best Realtor I've ever worked with! Very nice very kind and will help find the absolute best place.

Working with Shellin was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she made the home-buying process seamless and stress-free. Thanks to her dedication, I found my dream home, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor, I highly recommend Shellin!

Shellin was amazing! We went out 4 or 5 times, she became more aware of what I wanted than I was, she was very consultative, and helped with a few items beyond signing at closing - this meant the world to me as I'm a first time home buyer. Shellin was great and I would recommend and use her again!

Shellin was awesome! She was positive and encouraging throughout the experience of finding my first home, while also being realistic and practical. She's great at getting my questions answered and vouching for my wants and needs. I learned so much from her and would highly recommend!

From day one, came in with positive energy, prepared and ready with excellent customer service. I would most definitely recommend to family and friends.

Shellin was exactly what I needed to save me from rental stress. Moving citites is always a lot but she gave me so many options and so much information about possible places it helped make the hunt manageable. Shellin also handled every stressful phone call or negotiation with possible landlords for me and made the whole process so easy. Everyone can benefit from having Shellin in their corner when it comes to finding a new place to call home!

Shellin was so helpful in finding someone to buy our home and help us move into a new one. Words cannot describe my appreciation for her always answering my questions and making me feel comfortable with the process as a first time home seller. I am ecstatic to work with Shellin in the future.

Shellin was a wonderful resource for our family, and we will most definitely be using her again in the future! She was prompt in showing us available homes, aiding in the application process, and making negotiations with the leasing company. Shellin worked late evening hours, and even holidays, to help get us into the perfect home for our growing family!
