Stephen Lake continues to be our go to Realtor for our properties. We would not consider anyone else. We are very fortunate to have him as a "team member"

The thing that sets Steve Lake apart from others we have worked with is his genuine care for people and their families. He took the time to ensure he got to know us, welcomed us with open arms to the area, and was always willing to help whenever we needed it. If we had a problem or concern we knew regardless of what day or hour of the day he would respond quickly and with a solution. He is an expert communicator and always ensured we knew what was being done to assist with any of our issues. We have worked with many others who default to email or portals that once sent go unanswered. Steve's personal touch and genuine care is something I have rarely if ever experienced before and am unlikely to experience again. If my family and I are ever lucky enough to return to the area my first call will be to Steve!!!

I had a great experience working with Stephen Lake and would highly reccomend him. He's extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable about the real estate market. He had multiple buyers for our property and we sold it for more than the listed price within two days!

Steve has been a friend of our family for years. He helped guide us in buying our first home and has been on the ride with us for a few years in our search for a bigger home. I'm not sure I would be comfortable enough to select another real estate agent other than Steve throughout this process. He has been a mentor to us and has given his feedback and knowledge to ensure we were making the right decision for our family. You have an amazing person working for your company and you should be just as lucky having him as we did.

This is our second experience working with Stephen Lake. History speaks for itself and we did not even hestitate to reach out to him again when purchasing another home. His professionalism, attention to detail, excellent communication, availability, wealth of knowledge and commitment was once again top notch! We do and will continue to recommend Stephen Lake as a realtor for a buyer or seller!

Steve had great knowledge of our house and neighborhood which was definitely a plus with presenting our house. Steve is top notch at selling real estate takes great pride in doing so.

We couldn't be more satisified dealing with Steve Lake. He was so good to us during a very difficult time (passing of our mother) and can't thank him enough. We trusted everything he said and he certainly delivered.

I have known Steve Lake for over 25 years. Not only is Steve an incredibly kind man, his knowledge of real estate is beyond compare. Buying your first home can be intimidating, put on top of that living outside the area during the experience...I am so grateful to have had Steve guide me through this process!
