THANK YOU STEVEN PADILLA FOR ALL YOU HELP. WE APPRECIATED ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK TO GET OUR PROPERTY SOLD. YOU WERE ALWAYS UP FRONT AND RETURNED PHONE CALLS WITHIN MINUTES. YOU LISTEN TO US AND WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING.

From the moment I contacted Steven he was responsive and eager to market our property. He always called when he said he would call. The property he was selling for me was a rental property, As a result, I was not present to see sales activity. Steven kept me in the loop as to showings and buyer's and broker's comments. I have sold many properties over the years and Steven is a true professional and a stand out! Without hesitation, I recommend Steven Padilla
