It was a bleassing working with Steven Padilla. He listened to our needs and extraordinary circumstances, and he patiently went beyong his duties to help us. He was always professional, cordial, and always worked with effectiveness through problems that arose along the way. We hightly recommend Steven to anyone who is looking for an experienced and professional agent. We greatly thank Steven and his staff for a job well done.

I was referred to Steven, as I was in the process of filing a "Partition Action" after my separation. Before I even considered reaching out to Steven, I read his reviews, and his professional profile. After speaking with Steven, Adrian, and their legal team, I knew this was the duo that would get my home sold and get this resolved. We got an offer 12 days after listing. Impressive! Throughout the process, Steven and Adrian consistently communicated. God knows it wasn't always rainbows and sunshine. They stayed the course, stayed committed, and professional even when faced with challenges. Steven and Adrian have been a blessing and a pleasure to work with. They surpassed every obstacle, adversity, and challenge presented. Every expectation was exceeded. They both went above and beyond to help liberate me from this mess. I can't thank them enough for their guidance, their knowledge, and constant reassurance. Shout out to Kristi, legal team, for always being a call away.

The team was extremely helpful and accessible throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for better communication and progress with the sale!

Highly recommend Steve and his team

It was a very special journey. Thank you to Ruth and Steven. I've had occasions with Steven before, he helped me sell my home in 8th ave and helped my uncle sell his house who then moved to Alabama. I was very pleased with how Steven and his team work. Thank you again.
