My wife and I were thrown into an unusual situation and had to quickly find a home in the area. A friend recommended Summy Rucker to us and we reached out. The same day, he took us on as clients, and even though we presented a sudden and unpredictable schedule, he found the time to help us on our schedule. We had to give him a heads-up with very little time that we could come by the area - maybe a day or a few days - and he found ten properties that met our preferences and personally brought us to all of them to tour the next day. We picked one the next day as we left town, and he took take of everything else from there remotely, to include advising/negotiating on our behalf to help make the purchase easier for us. Was super responsive and made the whole experience of buying a house unstressful, and frankly enjoyable. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area. Huge thank you to Summy - you're a lifesaver!

I thought our last realtor was good... Summy blew him out of the water. Easy-going attitude, but absolutely dialed when it came to accomplishing our goals. Incredible attention to detail, so far as to catch a spot on the Closing Disclosure where we were over charged. My wife and I were ready to submit an offer that we thought was market-appropriate, when Summy showed up with graphs and figures proving we were tens of thousands high. This saved us just as much money. Summy made the process about as stress-free as possible; we knew he had it covered. 10/10 will use again
