We had to give him a heads-up with very little time that we could come by the area - maybe a day or a few days - and he found ten properties that met our preferences and personally brought us to all of them to tour the next day. We picked one the next day as we left town, and he took take of everything else from there remotely, to include advising/negotiating on our behalf to help make the purchase easier for us. Incredible attention to detail, so far as to catch a spot on the Closing Disclosure where we were over charged.
