His extreme presence of confidence in the sale of our home ,and ability to transcend that to us.Allways available to us ,and had answers to any of our questions in a timely manner.Made the painful process of a home sale painless .

It was joy to work with him. I would certainly recommend him to anyone else looking for an agent.

I am thankful that someone recommended Mr. Summy Rucker. WHO was an incredible real estate professional.

Summy is a good Christian man and he did an excellent job for us. Would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

Summy handled my property with most understanding and professional experience and met my needs with understanding. Quick action was most desired. Always following up with calls to keep us up to date with interest and concerns. I would highly recommend Summy to anyone buying or selling. A pleasure to work with.
