We had an exceptional experience with Summy, who sold our home. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he put in a tremendous amount of effort throughout the entire process. His communication was always clear and transparent, making us feel confident and informed every step of the way. Above all, he was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Summy Rucker did a fantastic job assisting us on our land purchase. He answered all questions and helped us through the entire process. We were very impressed with his attention to details. We will definitely use him again. Class act!

Summy was hands down the best realtor we've worked with in our past experiences buying homes. His attention to detail, knowledge of everything, and timely communication made a difficult buying process much easier for me and my family. We greatly appreciate all he did on our behalf to purchase our dream home.

Working with Summy was the best decision we made. We spent over a year searching for the right home, and throughout that entire time, Summy was incredibly patient, and supportive. One of the things that stood out most was his strong attention to detail. During home tours, he was a second set of eyes we completely trusted. He frequently pointed out potential issues or considerations that we hadn’t thought of—sometimes even things we didn’t want to hear, but needed to. It was clear from the beginning that he genuinely looks out for his clients’ best interests. That level of care is rare. He made decision-making feel easy and pressure-free. His knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence in every move we made. He was also incredibly responsive and flexible. Despite surely working with other clients, he was always available when we needed him. Summy is everything you want in a partner for such an important decision.

Summy Rucker has been the most vital asset in bringing our dreams into reality! For almost 18 months Summy has taken the time and dedication to finding us a true value in todays market... Summy has continued to go well above and beyond the expected due diligence of a real estate agent, with attention to detail in every step of the way. We felt as buyers, that we were protected in every step of the process with Summy's knowledge and experience in this area especially. From day one Summy changed the experience from buying a house, to finding a home, and that is something that we could never put a value on... Summy is by far the only realtor I would recommend to anyone that is seeking knowledge and integrity.

I decided to work with Summy to purchase a piece of property after having an excellent experience previously when I was selling my house in Wilmington. I'm glad I did, because he goes above and beyond to ensure you are making a well-informed decision and was great about keeping me updated on information both times. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market so I was able to pick and purchase the property based on his expertise with confidence. I would strongly recommend Summy to anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell property in Southeastern NC.
