We interviewed a few realtors in the area and Summy stood out from the rest right away because of his honesty and willingness to think outside the market. Our property was not a conventional sale since it was a short-term rental business and fully renovated. Therefore, it was to be marketed to other investors. I have previously purchased 3 houses and sold one of them, but I can safely say Summy was the best realtor I have had. I could probably be called a difficult customer based off my knowledge of the process and me being particular about details. My biggest fear in selecting Summy was that the process might hurt our pre-existing friendship or that he might tire of my somewhat demanding attitude, as several other realtors had done in the past.
