I have worked with Susan Dickman for over 20 years now, not only on all of my real estate transactions but on my father and grandmother's transactions as well. She has always gone above and beyond! She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done to sell fast!

We loved working with Susan! She's positive, energetic, always ready to listen and to help. Best broker we've ever dealt with.

Susan Dickman knows the south Loop inside out and was therefore in a. Unequalled position to give advice about units and buildings in the neighborhood

Susan was wonderful to work with and made finding and buying home very pleasant.

Susan Dickman has worked with us in the past on our other real estate needs, ranging from our previous condo rental to sale. She has proven to be a valued and trusted real estate professional, and we wanted to use her services to meet our new condo purchase needs in Chicago as we decided to relocate back to Chicago. Susan is an excellent real estate agent, whom we greatly trust and respect. She works very hard, and is responsive, courteous, respectful, and patient. She has an excellent knowledge of the local market and is very dependable.
