Tammy quickly understood what we were looking for in a house and hit the ground running with us. Her knowledge of neighborhoods and what quirks the houses in the neighborhoods have was extremely helpful when touring homes. She was responsive and made communicating a breeze. She led is through a number of offers as well as a difficult contract and inspection period which didn't end up in a purchase. In the end, we found the right home!

Tammy Marquardt was very knowledgeable of the housing areas where I wanted to view houses and so pleasant & friendly to work with. I explained my must haves and what I'd like to have. We would go to several houses in a day because I was coming in from out of town. She even did a couple virtual tours when I couldn't make the drive. Tammy was never pushy and treated me and my viewpoint with respect, care and kindness.

Tammy is absolutely fantastic. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have possibly found a better agent to help me. She is incredibly knowledgeable on most every subject you could imagine, and always has your best interest in mind!! She even helped me find a lender, who was utterly fantastic. I promise you won't be disappointed with her, I most certainly am not, and plan to recommend her to every possible person I can :)

Tammy was absolutely amazing!! She took her time to explain things so we could understand. She listened to everything that we were looking for and made me feel comfortable to share things with her!! She has a delightful and beautiful personality! I'm forever grateful for have met her and she even answered the questions my daughter had about becoming a real estate agent!! Thanks so much for listening and hearing all that we wanted. I appreciate you

We've worked with Tammy three times over the last eight years...selling twice and buying once as was exited Columbus, came back and now we are leaving again. Tammy is knowledgeable, responsive and always professional. Highly recommended!

Selling the very first home I bought. Closing the door on almost 27 years of memories of kids, friends, family, holidays, and random Tuesdays. Tammy was more than patient and accommodating with the many questions I had along the way. She helped me to understand what I needed to do and when and provided me with best expectations on sale timeline, pricing and home prep. She made the entire process so seamless and easy going. I highly recommend Tammy Marquardt from e-Merge when you need to buy or sell a home! She is experienced, knowledgeable and always looking out for her clients' best interests!

This was my first time buying a home in 27 years. So much has changed and I truly didn't know what to expect. Tammy was knowledgeable and helpful in setting proper expectations as well as providing outside the box thinking for me. Tammy is very experienced in the entire home buying process, so I knew every step of the way, what was happening and why. She answered all of my questions and continued to educate me along the way. Tammy has a strong team at the ready to help with every aspect of the buying process. Tammy truly is one of the best in the industry and one of a kind. Buying a home can be very intimidating and quite frankly Tammy made it seem like a walk in the park! Thank you to Tammy and her entire e-Merge team and partners!
