We never felt like we weren't able to get in touch with Tammy or her team. I really found that we could trust her recommendations and expertise. They were able to arrange a remote closing and everything went very smoothly! As a First Time Homebuyer we had a lot of questions and some unique needs. Tammy and her team did not hesitate to answer, or find an answer, to every single question big or small. She was patient and answered every question we had. She also took extra time out of her schedule to arrange an additional showing (we were purchasing from out of state). Tammy was an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable in the Columbus area. She worked well with my family and me and kept our home goals at the forefront. She was patient and also willing to go all day looking at houses with us and ultimately we found my dream place.
