Machelle Williams

Machelle was fantastic to work with. She was responsive to every call, text or email and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process of selling our property and closing our transaction. She found a buyer for our property right away and took care of every detail for us. We have sold properties in other states with other realtors but never had an experience as pleasant as this one. Machelle made selling our property so simple it was wonderful. We could not recommend a realtor more strongly or with more enthusiasm. If you want the best realtor in Colorado Machelle Williams is who you want. Machelle was simply the best!!

Machelle is a total pro. She is a great communicator. She helped me buy the house I wanted at a reasonable price. The house came furnished, and she and her team won the extra mile by clearing out the old furniture right after closing, and before I moved in the next day. She also arranged to get the carpet stretched in one room, which could only be done when all the furniture was out. It was a tight timeline, but they got it done. If you want someone who will go the extra mile and get the job done, you need Machelle awilliamsand negotiator.
