Machelle is a total pro. She is a great communicator. She helped me buy the house I wanted at a reasonable price. The house came furnished, and she and her team won the extra mile by clearing out the old furniture right after closing, and before I moved in the next day. She also arranged to get the carpet stretched in one room, which could only be done when all the furniture was out. It was a tight timeline, but they got it done. Machelle was great to work with on the purchase of our new home. She drove 5 hours so she could be our realtor in our new community. Machelle was very knowledgeable and calming during the process. It was an easy transaction even if dealing with the seller was not. She kept us informed of dates, deadlines, and milestones were working through. Machelle met with inspectors and appraisers and kept the lender in the loop which allowed us to close over a week early.

Miss Williams was the agent for the seller of the home i purchased. I didn't have an agent yet, but saw the home online and wanted to see it. Miss Williams met me there the next day. I loved the home and wanted to put in an offer right away so Miss Williams became a transaction broker, working for both of us, seller and buyer. Throughout the entire transaction, Miss Williams was available every step, every question, etc. I never felt like she was favoring the seller over me. Had some issues with a solar lease that was being transferred to me, she got the seller involved snd they both got the matter straightened out. Machelle Williams was great!
