She was extremely professional and quick to respond to all of my questions, she also gave me some great advice that really helped me out with negotiating a great price on the home I wanted to buy.

Machelle was awesome. She is very knowledgeable about our current real estate market and is good listener. She is honest and tells you what your house is really worth, not what you just want to hear in order to get the listing like so many other agent do.

I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and Machelle Williams has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is so honost and up to date on all the laws for buying and selling not to mention she is the best person that I know. She not only helped me sell a number of properties including my house but helped buy another property and was there to advise me while I built a new house. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs you have.

Machelle is wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and super responsive. She was a terrific buyers' agent for us. Highly recommend!

"Tammy," aka Machelle, took my recomended selling price willingly, listed the house, handled all details, negotiated effectively wityh a buyer and made a sale in a month in a declining market.
