Aloha! I'm Teondra Mills (most people call me Tee). Nearly eight years ago, I packed up my life in Ohio and moved to Oahu, turning a longtime dream of living in Hawaii into reality. Because I've made that leap myself, I know firsthand how exciting and overwhelming it can be to buy, sell, or relocate here, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who shoots straight with you and truly has your back. White-glove concierge service is my specialty, especially for business professionals, executives, and military families relocating to Oahu, as well as local homeowners ready for their next move. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investing and property management and more than seven years in Oahu residential sales, I don't just help you buy or sell a home; as the Founder of The Pacific Luxe Group at Talk Realty, I help you plan your options for life after the purchase too, whether that means turning your property into a managed rental down the road, building long-term equity, or positioning it to sell later. From Kakaako, Hawaii Kai, and Kahala to Kailua, Kapolei, Mililani, and the North Shore, I handle the heavy lifting, the numbers, and the negotiations so you can focus on your next chapter. Outside of real estate, I'm big on family, community, and staying active. I serve on the Board of the Hawaii Black Chamber of Commerce and host segments on American Dream TV sharing the local people and stories that make Oahu special. When I'm not touring homes or negotiating for my clients, I'm a total gym girl with a love for martial arts, and you'll often find me fire dancing at the beach, spending quality time with family and friends, or trying out a new Honolulu food spot.
