Navigating the rental market can be incredibly overwhelming, but Teondra made the entire process feel seamless and manageable. What stands out most about Teondra is her attention to detail and her deep knowledge of the industry. She is proactive, highly communicative, and always one step ahead, ensuring that every document and deadline was handled perfectly. My husband and I are moving off island (PCSing), due to military orders, and Teondra helped us with references to realtors in the the DC area. I was very impressed by the number of accomplished realtors she knew in that area. On top of that, tee took a full day of her time to interview all of the realtors in that area. It saved us SO much time and work, especially because we weren't sure what to look for - but wanted someone as great as her. This was especially meaningful during such a busy time. She found us an INCREDIBLE realtor, who we never would have found on our own. She explained the home buying and lending process to us, and helped us so much in the process. Teondra was very attentive and willing to answer any and all questions that we had as first time home buyers. Anytime we wanted to go and visit a house we were able to go within a couple of days. As a first-time homebuyer moving to Hawaii, I honestly didn’t think I could afford a $500K condo with my VA loan. But Teondra made it happen. She explained everything clearly, guided me through the whole process, eased my anxiety, and even negotiated seller concessions that covered almost all of my closing costs. I legit bought a half-million-dollar condo and brought less than $5K to the table. I still can’t believe it…I own a home in HAWAII! Then to top it off, my condo appraised $20K higher than what I paid. Between the appraisal and the seller credits, I walked in with about $30K in value over what I paid for my home. Teondra is a BEAST. I left closing thinking, “Did this really happen?” But she made it happen, and I would trust her with anything. What I loved most was how personal she made the experience. From our first call with Teondra, she was incredibly helpful. We weren't even sure if we were moving yet, but she spent time speaking with us, explaining the housing market, and putting us in touch with a mortage broker. When it came time to relocate, she asssited with finding temporary housing as we looked for the right neighborhood and the right house. She guided us through the purchasing process and we closed on schedule. Her team was fantastic and very supportive, going on mutliple virtual vists for us as we navigated this process off-island. We wouldn't hestate to use her again.
