Fantastic service from top to bottom!!! Terri and Ray went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of! With too many things to list, I will just say: We were immensely demanding customers in a high stress environment. Terri and Ray treated with patience and professionalism, when many others may have fired us as clients. Thank you for helping us through the buying process, we know we were difficult :) We love the new home!!!

Terri was always on top of things and made this long distance easier! I am grateful for all her help!!!

We originally contacted Terri in 2012 to handle the property management of our house when we moved to Canada. She did such a great job as our property manager and knew that she would be the only one we would consider when we decided to sell. We listed our house just a few weeks before the Covid-19 shutdown. In addition, we are out of the country and due to travel restrictions were unable to come to Florida to deal with any issues related to the sale. Terri handled everything, including several large repairs to the property. We could not have done that without her. Plus we got 97% of the original list price so we were very happy. Highly recommended!

Two great people to work with.

Rated excellent on all aspects. What more can I say? This was a difficult transaction because there were two contracts in play. We had a contract to purchase another property listed by Terri but the successful execution of the contract to purchase was contingent on the successful execution of a contract to sell my property at 14 Seaside Dr. Terri was very instrumental in protecting my interests as a homeowner of 14 Seaside Dr. should the purchase contract of the other property fail for whatever reason.

great job, hard working!

We have used Terri for both purchases and sales and will continue to work with her in the future.

Shes the best !

Terri Hewitt is an amazing realtor that has extensive knowledge of real estate and the Central Florida Coast housing market. She and her husband Ray make a great team, together they are the most incredible people we have met in all our real estate dealings in Florida. Terri and Ray initially helped us find and buy our condo in Daytona Beach Shores, they were amazing at that time and I would not think of going with anyone else when the time came for our family to sale. Terri and Ray did not treat us as just a client, they treated us like friends and got to know our family. I am forever grateful for getting the chance to meet them. We will be back soon to find our next great investment by the sea with them!
