We were overseas during the sale of our property, Terri was always available to answer our questions and provide advice despite the 12 hr time difference. We always felt we were in good hands.

Terry Hewitt is the best agent I have ever encountered in my many years buying and selling my own house plus being in the business of flipping houses for a long while I Strongly recommend her and her personal crew of professionals, including Ray who makes sure that everything goes the way it should. Thanks Terry and Ray.

Terri & Ray were very personable and knowledgeable with how to set up the homes that they figured we would like in the areas mentioned by us. My wife and I feel they both went above and beyond to get the deal done and even helped after the sale. Great experience and I think the wife and I found new friends We were in mass after we made the offer so communication would b huge. Terri was on top of everything all the way. There were never any worries on our end. Terri was great and called us as soon as she found there could be a problem. She explained to us the worst case scenario and asked if we still want s to go ahead. We of course did and trusted the process. It was right to follow our instincts

Terri Hewitt is someone I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and strongly recommend to friends and family. Terri was very professional yet kind and compassionate at the same time. She helped facilitate a quick closing on our house thanks to her tireless hard work. She had the knowledge and contacts to get reliable companies to clear out, repair, and thoroughly clean our house. This was my late father’s house and I live in Massachusetts so it was a sad and difficult situation that Terri made bearable and streamline. I can’t thank her enough and am so glad that I was lucky enough to work with her.

Terri Hewitt came recommended from a friend in the area. Terri did outstanding by showing us as many houses that it took in order to finally settle on a house we loved and in our price range. She was always very patient with our family and listened to our needs. My 2 year old daughter loved going to showings because Terri was so good with her. I will highly recommend Terri to friends and family in the future.

Terri is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time To help you understand the process as it is happening. Always professional she makes you feel important And understands what is needed to keep the Contract on schedule. She is simply the Best.

Because we were not living locally, we trusted Terri completely to handle all aspects of the sale. She was extremely professional. She regularly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the home was ready for showing. She also walked us though every step we needed do to prepare for closing. She handled everything there so that we did not have to travel back to Florida. We think she's fantastic and highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.
