Teske was an exceptional partner throughout our home‑buying process. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to easily guide us through all the legal bureaucracy, gave us complete confidence from start to finish. She communicated proactively, advocated for our best interests, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoothly. Teske’s professionalism and commitment truly set her apart and she is friendly and funny to boot.

I've worked with Teske Vance in the past and her flawless realty skills and ferocious negotiating tactics made her a foregone conclusion in deciding upon a realtor for our recent move. Her behind the scenes knowledge mixed with clear and reliable communication created a delicious cocktail of trust and confidence, allowing us to rest easy throughout the process. Anytime an obstacle would present itself, Teske would present the options and her recommendation - allowing us to bulldoze through to closing day. Teske Vance has well earned her nickname here in the streets, a true 'Warthog' of real estate.

Teske was great! We'd had our eye on a property that was still being developed, and Teske took the initiative to get us in to see it before it even hit the market. Being first in line meant we could put in an offer right away, and it was accepted. We're all moved in now and loving our place! Teske showed great communication and expertise through the whole process!

Teske was my best friend's roommate our freshman year at UNI, and I followed her on social media after college. When she changed careers and became a real estate agent, I thought she would be an excellent real estate agent if I needed one. When I did need one, I contacted her, and my fiance and I could not have been happier. Teske was pretty much perfect -- super knowledgeable, excellent communication, and very thoughtful with everything she does.

Teske is an absolute blessing hidden behind a realtor title. If it wasn't for her patience and encouragement I would have thrown in the towel long before the property sold! I used her to buy and sell my house and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

Not enough good things can be said about Teske's professionalism and integrity. She truly goes to bat for her clients and is makes getting the process accomplished seamless. Do not skip out on selecting Teske as your agent!

I cannot say enough positive things about Teske and her team at Century 21. Teske was communicative, professional, and such a positive sounding board to help guide me through the sale process and purchase of my new home. There was never a question of loyalty or whether or not she had my best interests in mind. Teske is one of the most genuine people in the business and absolutely remains true to her word. There were things that came up in the sale of my home that came up and she did not hesitate to make a game plan on and was able to face head on without me having to ever really worry. I would recommend all of my friends and family to Teske without hesitation. Her integrity, above all else, was genuine and impressive. She's truly meets you where you're at and works to accommodate your wants, needs, and goals. I have zero regrets working with her and she would be my first phone call in the event I needed to move again!

Teske was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us sell our home in a timely manner. She was constantly communicating with us about what to expect, feedback from propestive buyers, and what to expect after the negotiations to closing. We couldn't have asked for better representstion!

Teske was very attentive to my needs and wants in selecting a home. If she wasn't immediately available she would be in touch as soon as she could. She is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to be with her. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.
