She was fast, responsive, knowledgeable, the very best I could have ever asked for.

Teske was on it consistently. Great help and kicked ass.

I have known Teske for about seven years. When we made the decision to sale our home, I knew that there was no one else I would trust with this process. First because it was a bittersweet decision, and more than a Realtor I needed a friend. Teske was that friend. She listened, understood, and gave her advice. I knew that her advice was not only wearing her Realtor hat, but also a friend hat. She made the process stress free, offering to assist me with as much as she could, giving room to process the emotions of selling our forever home. Thank you Teske for being who you are and being there every step of the way, even when the tears rolled.

Completely satisfied w everything Teske did for us! The whole thing couldn't have gone better.

Teske Vance was a perfect fit for me. She was helpful on every level. Knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. She had it all! I would make little comments and she would really listen and adjust what we looked at accordingly. I'm really happy with the whole process. Thank you Teske!

I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. Teske’s positive and cheerful attitude made the process less stressful. She is responsive and communicates everything clearly. She works hard to ensure you get the best deal possible.

Teske was a joy to work with. She was prompt and communicative regarding all the showings we went to. Teske had a very clear picture of what I wanted and found a place that wasn’t even on my radar in the exact location I was looking for and in my budget. We toured it and I knew I had found my dream home. She is very knowledgeable about the metro area and the home buying process. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Teske is the perfect realtor, especially for first-time homebuyers
