My Husband and I are so grateful to have had Kim kluge help us! She is an amazing realtor ! We highly recommend her !

Goya went above and beyond to help me find a home within my budget. She explained the process of purchasing a home, listened to my concerns regarding finding a good neighborhood for my family then worked non stop until she find our home. She earned my trust and I knew I was in good hands with her and Lucia Clark team.

Lucia went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! You will not find a realtor that will work harder for you. We moved out of our home and to another city before the ice storm, and Lucia took care of our home like it was hers making sure it was protected and received necessary repairs. I would not hesitant to recommend her to friends and family. She was so good at making sure we understood the process since it had been 30 years since we sold a home. Lucia is friendly, responsive, helpful and an overall a joy to work with. We will always be grateful for how hard she worked and walking us through this long process that included a pandemic. In the end, she becomes your friend, not just your realtor.

Both Broker and agent were superb!!!! I have bought, built, sold many homes in the Houston area and this was the smoothest sale ever. Thank you Miranda and Lucia sold the first weekend it was on the market at over asking price with over 8 offers on the table! Top job from some great ladies. They should have their own reality show!

I found Lucia Clark to be very personable and easy to work with while maintaining a high level of professionalism and staying on tasks to push for a successful close. Lucia did more than just list my house, she actively planned and sold it! She handled mostly everything and effectively communicated what she needed from me. I really enjoyed working with Lucia and he results were excellent.

Kim Kluge with the Lucia Clark team helped make our out of state purchase easy and stress free. Kim Kluge and Lucia Clark provided fast, professional communication and follow up with purchase of our home. We would defiantly recommend them!

We highly recommend the Lucia Clark Team! Our Realtor Kim Kluge did a phenomenal job And helped us every step of the way . We highly recommend the team for their hard work and dedication!
