Everyone did a great job

When we contacted Lucia Clark we had purchased a home out of town, and we were moving in two weeks. She was very informative and knowledgeable about real estate in our area. Lucia immediately assisted us in setting up our home for sale. She further helped us with disposal of furniture we were going to sell. When it had not all sold by closing on our home, she aided us with consignment options. In addition to all of this, since we were already in our out of town residence, she arranged for all inspection requirements to be met because we were no longer in town to handle them. We felt we were able to contact her at any time, and she would follow through. She kept us informed every step of the way. She is an exceptional salesperson...always smiling with a cando attitude!
