I found Lucia online by searching for who has done the most sales in my area. After meeting with her I quickly found out why, she was extremely knowledgeable about the area, schools and homes. She knew what people wanted to see in the houses in my area and how to appeal to them. She guided us through the process and helped get our house ready to sell and it sold quickly. She was incredibly flexible, cutting short a lunch meeting to put our home back on the market after we took it off for a few days. I sincerely hope that Lucia is still in the business when it comes time to sell our new house. She was absolutely awesome. Very impressed

Lucia had a vision of what needed to be done to sell this house. The house had a lot of its own selling points but Lucia made everything standout. She works very hard and doesn't just list the house and wait for it to sell. She did several open houses and then worked with me to adjust things based on the client walkthroughs and comments.
